"The Mage" cover art for Ironau

Ironau's second album, "The Mage," was released on 02/17/2026. It is a masterpiece that explores a world of magic while simultaneously processing trauma and realizing Love.

This album cover was done on 01/31/2026 , and once again I used my cheap alcohol markers, colored pencils, and standard inks in my sketchbook.

"Philautia (concept)"

Philautia is one of the Greek words for self-Love with deeper meaning that entirely differs from the Western world’s “me first” brand of egotism. It is far more complex and valuable than just Insta-guru capitalism-friendly “self-Love”

The ancient Greek philosophers believed that Philautia was required in order to genuinely experience the other types of Love (Eros, Agape, etcetera).
